We have 16 regular groups every week. A full description of the classes can be read here. Most of the groups are suitable for beginners. You can book any class marked “beginners” and all levels.

💃 Do I need experience to start?

No! Most of our classes are suitable for beginners and adapted to your level. You will learn step by step, in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. Choose classes indicated in the timetable for all levels and beginners.

What should I wear for class?

We recommend shorts (or clothing that leaves part of the legs free) and a sports top. For Exotic Pole you should bring knee-pads and pleaser heels (optional) or socks. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident!

How many people are in the class?

The groups are small to ensure personalised attention – up to 6 people per class, 1 person at each pole. You must reserve your spot in the class. We cannot guarantee a place if you show up without reservation.

How long is a class?

A regular class lasts 1 hour. Workshops last 1 ½ to 2 hours. You can do two classes on the same day — you just need to book in advance.

👠 What’s the difference between Pole Sport and Exotic Pole?

Pole Sport focuses more on technique, tricks and combos on the pole. Exotic Pole mixes sensual movements, fluidity and expressiveness — often with high heels and captivating choreography.

Do you do events or private parties?

Yes! We organise bachelorette parties, birthdays and group parties. Choose the style and package and we take care of everything for an unforgettable experience.

In which languages are the classes taught?

We speak Portuguese, English and Russian. The class will be given in the language you prefer.
